A Note on the Non-existence of Limit Cycles of the FitzHugh-Nagumo System

Abstract

The condition for the non-existence of limit cycles of the FitzHugh-Nagumo system which is well-known as the simplified nerve system of Hodgkin-Huxley model is improved by constructing some plane curve.
